What the card contains
- Easy and long runs on a daily shoe. Tempo and intervals on a tempo shoe.
- Trail days on a trail shoe, recovery days on a recovery shoe.
- Two daily shoes alternate so one pair does not take the whole week.
- A retire date from the miles left and that weekly load.
- Cost per mile from the price you paid and the retire target.

Questions
Shoes estimates retire dates by repeating the week you typed. It is not a wear inspection. Retire a shoe earlier for a torn outsole, a flat midsole, or a pain that showed up with that pair.
