What the card contains

  • Easy and long runs on a daily shoe. Tempo and intervals on a tempo shoe.
  • Trail days on a trail shoe, recovery days on a recovery shoe.
  • Two daily shoes alternate so one pair does not take the whole week.
  • A retire date from the miles left and that weekly load.
  • Cost per mile from the price you paid and the retire target.
