Rotation

A rotation is which pair takes which day

Easy runs and the long run go to a daily shoe. Tempo and intervals go to a tempo shoe. Trail goes to a trail shoe. A recovery day goes to a recovery shoe. If that type is missing, or it is already at the retire target, the day falls back to the daily shoe with the most miles left.

Two daily shoes split the easy days. The pair with more life left takes the next run, and a tie goes to the name that sorts first, so the same week always produces the same plan.

The first retire date is free. $5 unlocks the day-by-day card. Strength work that keeps you in the shoes lives in Runner Strength.

Shoes estimates retire dates by repeating the week you typed. It is not a wear inspection. Retire a shoe earlier for a torn outsole, a flat midsole, or a pain that showed up with that pair.
